The Service Scheduler will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling jobs using a planning system, as well as a strong understanding of the various trades and jobs allocated to direct labour staff or subcontractors.

As a key member of the team, the Service Scheduler will provide a high-quality service to our clients on a face-to-face basis. This will involve responding to resident repair requests, diagnosing the repair, and allocating appointments to the in-house and/or subcontracted workforce.

The role requires strong organisational skills, with the ability to schedule works into diaries for up to 20 operatives daily. The successful candidate will also need to respond to telephone variations, seeking approval from the duty surveyor where necessary.

Salary: £16.50 per hour (umbrella rate)
