We are currently looking for a Scheduling Specialist to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Plastic Surgery administration team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
• To schedule appointments and manage waiting lists for Plastic Surgery patients, working closely with Consultants to ensure timely and effective services.
• To maintain accurate records of patient information, using both electronic and paper systems as required.
• To communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals to resolve scheduling conflicts and issues.

Requirements and Benefits
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of admissions and waiting list procedures equivalent to NVQ Level 4 or previous work experience. You will also require knowledge of hospital Patient Administration Systems (PAS) and simple medical terminology. Our trust offers a range of benefits, including a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and opportunities for career development and flexible working arrangements.
