Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Scheduling Specialist to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. This is a full-time opportunity that requires excellent project planning and scheduling skills, as well as strong interpersonal abilities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading planning sessions and workshops with clients and vendors to compile master project/programme schedules. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute construction schedules.

A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining detailed construction program schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi-project environments. The ideal candidate should have advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6, as well as strong time management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and lead planning sessions and workshops with clients and vendors to compile master project/programme schedules.
  • Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to plan, develop, and execute construction schedules.
  • Develop and maintain detailed construction program schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi-project environments.
  • Ensure schedule-related data from vendors, suppliers, engineering, and construction contractors of actual projects is provided as feedback into the planning and scheduling systems.
  • Implement project planning and scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures, reflecting both company and contractor roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Planner in data centre construction with P6 software/data reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in determining corrective actions or recommendations based on facts and figures and critically evaluating information and data from various sources.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6.
  • Strong time management skills, quick thinking, and ability to meet project deadlines as necessary.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, and provides opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
