Job Title: Repairs Scheduling Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Repairs Scheduling Specialist to join our Property Services team at The Riverside Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our repairs and maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Your primary responsibility will be to schedule and coordinate repairs, services, and compliance works with our external contractors. You will work closely with our surveyors, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, able to multitask, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be confident in your ability to work under pressure and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate repairs, services, and compliance works with external contractors
- Work closely with surveyors, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and document control
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and colleagues alike
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels
- Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident and able to work under pressure, with a keen eye for detail
Salary: £30,395 - £32,455 per annum.
