About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Repairs Planning Specialist to join our team at Build Recruitment Limited. As a Repairs Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling operatives and sub-contractors to ensure efficient and effective delivery of repair services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Social Housing and Repair and Maintenance, with extensive experience in planning/scheduling jobs using planning systems. They will also possess a deep understanding of various trades and job allocation procedures.
