Training Scheduler Coordinator

SourceSync is seeking an enthusiastic Training Coordinator to join our team in North West London.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate training sessions, and send instructions to all parties involved.
- Course Management: Book delegates onto courses and manage any necessary amendments.
- Cost Management: Oversee and manage direct costs related to training sessions.
- Customer Support: Efficiently address queries from customers and internal staff.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong Communication Skills: Proven experience in roles requiring effective communication and organisation.
- Administrative Expertise: Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel: Ability to manage and analyse data effectively.
- Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
- Quick Learner: Demonstrated ability and drive to learn new processes and systems quickly.
