Sales Territory Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Interaction Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the plant and machinery hire industry, with excellent technical knowledge and strong communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing customer relationships, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your designated territory. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice and solutions to enhance their understanding and trust in our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Pursue new business opportunities within your designated territory, expanding our market presence.
- Provide expert advice and solutions to customers, enhancing their understanding and trust in our products.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or a related role.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of plant and machinery hire industry and its applications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Location: Based in Kent and London, with regular travel required throughout the region.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £48,000 - £52,000 basic + Car/Car Allowance + Commission (OTE £70,000, uncapped).
