Salary:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £80,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.

About the Role:
This is a multifaceted and highly varied position where you will lead and manage a talented team of 8 sales enablement professionals. To apply, you will have a long tenure in sales operations and be a business graduate who is a master CRM user. You will work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to our ambitious growth plans. Key responsibilities include leading and managing a team, optimising sales operations, and ensuring seamless integration with other departments.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
We require a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales operations, sales enablement, and team management. A degree in business or a related field is essential, as well as a proven track record of success in a similar role.
