Sales Role in Kent:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our client's team in Kent. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an existing customer base to increase revenue and drive repeat business
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive growth
  • Provide regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in field sales within the plant and machinery hire industry or a similar technical engineering field
  • Proven ability to manage and grow an existing customer base while successfully winning new business
