We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Valuation Professional to join our estate agency branch in Bexleyheath on a full-time, permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Register Customers and carry out property matches
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross-sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times
- £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (OTE)
- Car allowance
- Guaranteed Commission pay for the first 6 months of employment
- Uncapped earning opportunities and top achievers' awards
- Day off in lieu for any Saturday worked
