Oktopost Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Sales Development Manager to lead and grow our Sales Development team. As the next SDR Manager, you will build, coach, and guide a high-performing team focused on targeting and engaging prospects who match our Ideal Customer Profile.
Your key responsibilities will include hiring, coaching, and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives through a repeatable data-driven process. You will also take ownership of the SDR playbook, incorporating best practices for a personalized, account-based approach to prospecting.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Software sales as an individual contributor.
- 2+ years of experience in Software sales as a manager/leader.
- Experience building and scaling an outbound team.
What We Offer:
- A competitive estimated salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
