Key Responsibilities
  • Maximo configuration and support: Utilize knowledge of the Maximo Asset Management system to provide expert support and configuration services.
  • Maximo Application installation and configuration experience: Install and configure Maximo Applications to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Data feeds and automation scripts: Develop and implement data feeds and automation scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maximo Integration: Integrate Maximo with other systems and applications to enhance data exchange and business processes.
  • Improving User experience: Analyze and improve user experience by identifying and addressing pain points and areas for enhancement.
  • Maximo testing: Conduct thorough testing of Maximo Applications to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Reporting: Generate and provide accurate and timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Windows operating system expertise: Possess good familiarity with Windows operating systems (Client and Server).
  • Application licensing services: Experience with application licensing services is essential.
  • IT change management process expertise: Strong working knowledge of IT change management processes and principles.
  • Customer oriented approach: Demonstrate a strong customer-oriented approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective relationship building: Establish and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive problem-solving: Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under sustained pressure.
  • Self-supporting IT professional: Be self-supporting and proactive in your approach to IT.
  • Emerging technology enthusiast: Demonstrate an awareness of emerging technologies and a desire to stay current.
  • ITIL environment expertise: Experience and understanding of working within an ITIL environment.
Desirable Skills
  • Automation/scripting skills: Proficiency in csharp and Python is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps: Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies is beneficial.
  • Fast learner and delivery-focused: Demonstrate a fast learning ability and a focus on delivery.
