Job Title: Outbound Sales Hunter

Qimtek Limited is seeking a highly skilled Outbound Sales Hunter to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in generating new business opportunities in the UK manufacturing industry through outbound calling.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales or outbound sales, particularly in lead generation and customer acquisition. You will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. A strong ability to engage and qualify potential leads is essential for this role.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within the organisation, as well as flexible working arrangements and a comprehensive database to work from.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilising Qimtek's data resources and LinkedIn to identify potential clients within the UK manufacturing industry
  • Effectively communicating the value of Qimtek's services to potential clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups

Key performance measures will include successfully meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets for outbound calls, demonstrating a strong ability to engage and qualify potential leads, as well as maintaining a robust company-to-project ratio.
