Job Description

As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for proactively generating leads for new prospects and business opportunities. You will work closely with our Business Operations team to learn the way the business operates and collaborate with Pre-Sales Consultants/Marketing/Post-Sales Consultants and Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate leads for new prospects and business opportunities
  • Train and collaborate with Business Operations to learn the way the business operates
  • Work with Pre-Sales Consultants/Marketing/Post-Sales Consultants and Account Managers
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated at £32-33k per annum, plus bonus and car allowance after successful completion of probation. The total OTE including bonus and car allowance is £43,000 after successful completion of probation. We also offer private healthcare and a warm and welcoming work environment that includes a variety of social events/nights out.

Candidate Requirements
  • Educated to degree level
  • Full UK driving licence
  • One year of outbound/B2B Sales experience is required to qualify for the role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • IT literate and proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Comfortable working in a team and individually
