About the Opportunity

As a Global Client Director at GP Strategies, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects and develop your skills in leadership development, diversity, equity and inclusion, and sales strategy.

You'll be responsible for generating revenue through sales of GP Strategies' Leadership and DEI solutions and driving growth in assigned global accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy:

  • Develop an annual business development plan for the designated geographic territories.
  • Build and execute regional campaigns to drive sales.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key contacts within target accounts.
  • Lead client relationship management, building relevance and trust while ensuring an extreme focus on client initiatives and GP's successful execution of client engagements.

Requirements:

Degree educated in a related field, with previous experience of Leadership Development, DEI and L&D sales, demonstrating revenue in excess of £2m annually over a consecutive period of time.

We offer a competitive salary of £100,000 - £120,000 per annum, plus benefits.
