Sales Growth Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Strategy & Intelligence Team, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing strategies that accelerate acquisition of new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategy and analyses to establish priorities for the Clearpay Sales & AM team.
  • Operationalize insights by identifying key metrics, measuring progress against goals, and creating processes that turn analysis into action.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with leadership across sales, account management, business development, finance, analytics, product development, and marketing.
  • Optimize systems and operations by identifying and implementing improvements in current Sales & AM workflows, processes, and tools.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years professional work experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment in Sales, Strategy & Operations, or Management Consulting.
  • Experience leading high-functioning teams to drive forward complex initiatives.
  • Strong organizational/project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Strong cross-functional capabilities and ability to influence at all levels of an organization to drive preferred outcomes.
  • Highly analytical with superb communication skills.
  • Curious, self-motivated, bias-for-action mentality.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
