**Job Title:** Global Client Director

**Location:** UK (fully remote)

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Global Client Director. This role is responsible for generating revenue through sales of GP Strategies Leadership and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) solutions.

**About the Role:**

The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in Leadership and DEI with deep knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and client needs specific to EMEA and US regions. They will act as a strategic sales orchestrator for a named list of US and EMEA based global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an annual business development plan for designated geographic territories that details account growth strategy, new business strategy, and quota achievement.
  • Build and execute regional campaigns aligned to the annual plan to drive sales.
  • Bring existing portfolios of US and EMEA based clients for introduction to GP's Leadership and DEI solutions.
  • Achieve revenue targets of minimum £2m via sales of GP leadership and DEI products, services, and solutions while expanding the use of other GP product lines/offerings in assigned global accounts.

**Requirements:**

Degree educated in a related field, with previous experience in Leadership Development, DEI, and L&D sales, demonstrating revenue in excess of £2m annually over a consecutive period of time.

**Estimated Salary:** £120,000 - £180,000 per annum.
