Job Title: Business Development Strategist

A leading name in the hospitality industry is seeking an experienced sales professional to join their expanding team as a Business Development Strategist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to support company targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with existing clients through cross-selling and maintaining commercial awareness of the industry.
  • Participate in regular client reviews, industry events, and negotiations to drive business growth and sales efforts.
  • Develop targeted accounts through strategic business plans.
  • Maintain accurate sales records on the company database for analytics purposes.
  • Contribute to the training and development of new sales staff to equip them for success.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales environment.
  • Prior experience meeting targets.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Experience growing large accounts within the hospitality sector.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum. This salary estimate is based on industry standards for this role and location.
