At Permanent Futures, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of our customer service department.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Service Representatives, providing support and training where needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Managing a team of Customer Service Representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
