Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at Portico. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the ticketing system and ensuring a seamless visitor journey. You will work closely with the Guest Services Manager to motivate and develop a team of Welcome Hosts, providing exceptional customer service and creating excellent working relationships with colleagues across all service lines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the ticketing system and ensure a smooth visitor experience
- Supervise and motivate a team of Welcome Hosts to deliver outstanding customer service
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues across all service lines
- Work closely with the Guest Services Manager to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

- Proven experience in supervising the delivery of outstanding service in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and motivational skills

Working Hours:

- 40 hours per week
- Shifts from 9am-6pm Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm on Saturdays, and 9am-4pm on Sundays

Salary:

- £32,500 per annum
