About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Services Team Lead to join our Savings Operations team at Close Brothers Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer-facing professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve high levels of performance and service
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on customer service and experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
