Customer Service Team Lead

Cast UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join their team in Isleworth. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of £32,000 + bonus.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing day-to-day operations, controlling and developing branch-based sales and margin in line with company standards of performance. They will be responsible for continuously assessing staff against identified performance criteria, addressing issues of performance and conduct by applying company policies, and ensuring all training requirements are met and regularly reviewed.
The Customer Service Team Lead will also develop and maintain a close working relationship with the Field Sales team to ensure effective coordination of sales activities, ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner, and continually seek to improve communications between branch functions to achieve the highest levels of customer service.
