At team.blue, we're committed to delivering exceptional software quality across our SaaS businesses. To achieve this, we're seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Service Lead to oversee our quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and implement QA strategies that ensure consistency, scalability, and effectiveness across our products.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to refine testing strategies, maintain consistency in QA processes, and implement best practices.
  • Automation and Performance Testing: Lead efforts to increase automation in testing, advising on the selection and implementation of automation tools, and ensuring performance testing is effectively conducted.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with cloud and architecture leads to ensure QA processes are integrated into the overall development and deployment pipelines, and effectively communicate QA strategies and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or advisory capacity.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test automation tools, and performance testing techniques.
  • Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated ability to lead QA teams, influence quality standards across multiple business units, and articulate QA strategies and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
