Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our client, a leading print and communications company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing customer relationships and a team of Account Managers in a fast-paced environment.
The Customer Service Team Lead will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and developing the skills of their team. They will work closely with the customer services department to ensure that all customer needs are met, and that the company is providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing customer relationships through regular communication.
- Developing and implementing training programs to improve team performance.
- Coordinating pricing for clients on new products and producing relevant proposals.
- Providing advice and assistance to customers on products, services, design, and production methods.
- Ensuring that client requests are acknowledged and that queries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment. They will also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, and be able to apply this knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
