We are currently seeking ambitious and passionate teaching assistants with Psychology or relevant backgrounds to join our team on a full-time long-term basis.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, communication difficulties, ADHD, and complex learning needs. This includes working in partnership with external professionals such as educational and occupational psychologists, counsellors, and speech and language therapists.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting children with complex needs in a primary and secondary SEN school setting
• Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop individualized learning plans
• Providing therapeutic support and promoting positive behavior management techniques
• Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents and carers

Requirements:
• Psychology graduate or relevant qualification
• Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Commitment to providing high-quality support to vulnerable children

Salary and Benefits:
