Job Summary

We are currently looking for a skilled Mental Health and Autism Support Worker to join our specialist school in Witney. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex Autism and learning disabilities.

About the Position
  1. Work alongside therapists and psychologists on-site at the school, gaining valuable experience in special needs, neurodiversity, and mental health difficulties
  2. Develop and implement individualized plans to support students' academic and personal growth
  3. Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
