beBee Professionals in Oxford is seeking a highly skilled Education Assistant - Special Needs to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide individualized support and help students with special educational needs achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Support students with SEN in a variety of settings, including lessons, small groups, and one-on-one sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement IEPs, ensuring that each student receives tailored support and accommodations.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional well-being among students.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs, with a strong understanding of their diverse needs and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
