Job Title: SEN Support Worker

Location: Oxford

Salary: £80-£95 per day (approx. £16,000 - £19,000 per annum)

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a caring and passionate individual to join our team as a SEN Support Worker in Oxford. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working alongside therapists and psychologists to provide support to children with complex Autism and Learning Disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing emotional and social support to children with Special Needs
  • Assisting with educational activities and therapies
  • Working closely with therapists and psychologists to develop individualized plans

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with children or adults with Special Needs. You should be proactive, adaptable, and able to use your own initiative.
