SEN Support Worker

Salary: £80-£95 per day (approx. £16,000 - £19,000 per annum)
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a caring and passionate individual to join our team as a SEN Support Worker in Oxford. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working alongside therapists and psychologists to provide support to children with complex Autism and Learning Disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Providing emotional and social support to children with Special Needs
- Assisting with educational activities and therapies
- Working closely with therapists and psychologists to develop individualized plans
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with children or adults with Special Needs. You should be proactive, adaptable, and able to use your own initiative. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting vulnerable members of society and want to build their experience in a therapeutic setting.
