Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our team of sales professionals in Oxford, Berkshire, and Hampshire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by Example: Inspire and motivate your team to achieve exceptional performance and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Foster a Positive Store Environment: Create a positive and inclusive store environment where colleagues can thrive and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and exceed targets.
  • Manage a Team: Lead a team of up to 100 people and ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Monitor Performance: Monitor the performance of approximately 20 stores and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
