Job Description

The Senior Salesforce Sales Director will lead a high-performing team to drive and achieve sales targets within their region. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the Sales strategy, implementing and coordinating regional sales plans, and managing a team of Sales professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports on Sales strategy, pipeline, process, systems, business skills, and results.
  • Manage and demonstrate an energetic, positive, collaborative, and high-performing Sales culture that supports NetJets' Core Competencies and the 20/20 Flight Plan.
  • Continuously increase new Sales leads and develop strong strategic alliances and partnerships.
  • Actively review Sales activity, pipeline, and overall Sales performance, addressing any performance issues in a constructive and timely manner.
  • Motivate the regional team through clear goal setting, weekly Sales meetings, recognition, and an appropriate support system.
  • Promote the adoption and use of Salesforce to ensure optimum team output and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Marketing or Communications is required, or equivalent work experience demonstrating profound knowledge.
  • 6-10 years' proven Sales leadership with a successful track record of growing high-performance teams.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Organized and persistent in managing tasks throughout a long-term Sales cycle.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly desirable).
  • Business fluent in Dutch, French, or German language both written and verbal preferred.
