Unlock Your Potential as a Digital Sales Leader

We're seeking an exceptional sales leader to join our UKI sales operation, driving revenue growth and achieving individual, team, and organizational quotas. As a Digital Sales Director, you will lead a high-performing team of Sales Executives in expanding our presence across the Manufacturing, Automotive & Energy industries.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to increase our relevance and fuel the expansion of our Digital Sales Cloud business area.
  • Support Account Executives in client meetings and engage corporate resources as required.
  • Lead a high-performance team, including recruiting, hiring, and training.
  • Buildeven stronger team unity, internal connections, and collaboration across the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Drive pipeline generation initiatives to improve revenue-generating opportunities for customer accounts.
  • Mentor and professionally develop Account Executives to ensure high closure rates and opportunity identification.
  • Accurately report on sales activity and forecasting to Area Sales Management.

Skillset:

  • A consistent track record in building/managing sales teams.
  • Previous experience in solution sales, especially Software/SaaS/Cloud.
  • Experience leading teams selling transformational technology solutions to major Enterprise and Commercial customers.
  • Strong demonstrated and proven sales experience working with complex customers.
  • Able to operate successfully in a matrix/multi-product sales environment.
