Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Reed. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing employee relations cases, providing support and guidance on employee relations matters, and supporting with TUPE transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations cases, including complex casework, to ensure effective resolution and minimize disruption to the business.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including employment law, company procedures, disciplinary and grievance issues, and absence management.
  • Support with TUPE transfers, ensuring a smooth transition for employees and minimizing disruption to the business.
  • Monitor sickness trends and take appropriate remedial action to manage absences in accordance with company policy.
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in employee relations, including complex casework.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and company procedures.
  • Experience with TUPE transfers and ability to manage a smooth transition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
