Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team at Janus International Europe Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving our people strategy and supporting the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Partner: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Talent Development Specialist: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, with a focus on leadership development and succession planning.
- HR Generalist: Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and talent development.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
