Job Description

As a Human Resource Business Partner at Janus International Europe Ltd, you will play a critical role in driving our people strategy to new heights. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to achieve high levels of trust, respect, and professionalism.
  • HR Support: Provide front-line support and advice to managers on the implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring that Janus International Europe Ltd is compliant with relevant regulations, legislation, and best practice.
  • Talent Development: Identify skills gaps and development needs in managers and deliver business-focused solutions to develop capability.
  • Culture and Performance: Drive a culture of high performance where talent is recognized, stretched, and poor performance managed.
  • Employee Relations: Be the subject matter expert in employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary matters, absence management, retention, and performance management.
  • HR Systems: Manage the HR and Payroll platform and be an expert to support any queries.
  • Change Management: Lead on group change programs and ad-hoc projects where required.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and Experience: Stay up to date on knowledge of good practice and emerging trends in the field of HR, including learning and development, resourcing, employee relations, remuneration, and benefits.
  • Change Management: Experience of supporting the implementation of change initiatives, ideally within a rapidly growing or evolving business setting.
  • Analytical Skills: Numerically competent with proven experience producing quality management information with trend analysis aimed at stakeholders at multiple levels.
