Lead Generation Specialist

About The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Customer Contact Team as a Lead Generation Executive. In this role, you'll be responsible for contacting customers who have applied for car finance, building rapport, and transferring them to our experienced Account Managers.
Our team follows a simple sales process, and we provide all the warm leads for you to contact. Your hard work, positivity, and results will be the foundation for a future career in our Account Management Team.
Responsibilities Include
- Contacting customers to discuss their loan application
- Conducting a qualification call to understand the customer's needs and car buying journey
- FOLLOWING THE CALL STRUCTURE AND SALES PROCESS PROVIDED
- Achieving targets set by the business
- Achieving all KPIs around activity and quality
- Utilizing and updating our CRM system
- Providing an impeccable customer experience, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
- Achieving and maintaining appropriate compliance standards
About You
- An excellent communicator who enjoys working to targets
- Contact centre background
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Hard working, determined, and resilient
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Extremely self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven by targets and KPIs
- Experience of handling objections, ability to understand and promptly respond to customer needs
