**A bit about you...**
- You have 3+ years experience in lead generation or sales development within a fast-paced environment
- You have a proven track record of mentoring or managing others, or you possess a strong ambition to step into a leadership role
- You are proficient with CRM systems and other lead generation tools, leveraging technology to enhance team performance
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about driving team success
- You are adaptable and can easily pivot strategies based on market trends and feedback

- You'll have the exciting chance to lead the recruitment of a brand-new team of talented lead generation specialists, giving you the opportunity to shape the future of our sales strategy and make a significant impact from day one
- Leading, mentoring, and coaching your team to excel in generating high-quality leads
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies and processes to optimise lead generation efforts
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of lead generation activities
- Tracking, analysing, and reporting on key lead generation metrics and overall team performance
- Ensuring valuable customer feedback is communicated effectively to relevant business and product teams for continuous improvement
