Care Worker Position in Healthcare

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Coople UK. As a full-time healthcare professional, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and dignity, and enhancing their overall wellbeing.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, reliability, and flexibility, with a kind, patient, friendly, and compassionate manner. A recent DBS check is required, and the individual must have a valid UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
This rewarding role involves assisting clients with personal hygiene and care, supporting them with medication, and providing emotional support and companionship. You will also perform light domestic duties and assist with food preparation when necessary.
As a Care Worker with Coople UK, you can expect:
- A competitive salary of £12 per hour
- Welcome bonus: £200 after 4 weeks and another £200 after 8 weeks
