As a Compassionate Care Worker, you will prioritize the provision of person-centred care to our elderly residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and privacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize the provision of person-centred care to our elderly residents.
- Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and practices within a care environment.
- Work collaboratively with the care team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
Requirements:
- No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with residents.
- The ability to adhere to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Salary: £11.79 per hour.
