Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our dynamic Community Response Team at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our registered professionals to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To provide high-quality personal care and associated duties under the direction of registered staff.
  2. To assist in the supervision of other healthcare and support staff as directed.
  3. To carry out duties specified within the Trust's approved core task list for Clinical Support Workers/Healthcare Assistants without direct supervision.
  4. To report to the registered professional any patient who gives cause for concern or any observed changes in the client or patient's condition.

Requirements:

  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and caring nature.
  • Reliable.
  • GCSE level A - C English and Maths or equivalent.
  • NVQ/Diploma Level 2, willing to work to Level 3 or equivalent higher apprenticeship in healthcare.

Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
