Care Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at The Care Bureau. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients
- Support with light household duties and domestic tasks
- Promote independence and encourage clients to engage in activities they enjoy
Requirements:
- No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training
- Kind, compassionate, and empathetic individuals who are passionate about making a difference
- Flexible availability, including commitment to work alternate weekends
- Able to drive and possess a valid driver's license
The estimated salary for this position is £12 per hour. We offer a range of benefits, including mileage payments, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), and access to a wellbeing helpline.
