Health Care Support Worker Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Health Care Support Worker to join our team at George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and support.
Job Overview- Providing clinical support to patients under the supervision of experienced nursing staff.
- Assisting with delegated duties, including vital signs monitoring, ECG recording, and blood glucose monitoring.
- Working effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Evidence of 18 months' experience in an acute care setting.
- Able to perform a range of clinical skills, including cannulation and venepuncture.
- Knowledge of the 6Cs of nursing and person-centered care.
- Care Certificate, NVQ/Diploma Level 3 in Clinical Healthcare or equivalent qualification.
- Competitive salary: £22,816 - £24,336 per annum.
