Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in leading our supported living service Weaver House in Bulkington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care. You will also have experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.

You will be responsible for allocating shifts, booking training, supporting with supervision, and ensuring the people we support are assisted in managing their finances. This is a rewarding role that offers opportunities for growth and development within our sector-leading organisation.

We offer a competitive salary of £37.45 per hour, plus enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour and premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour. We also provide a funded Blue Light Card, enhanced retirement leave, long service awards, and a dynamic team environment.
