Care Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Dementia Care Worker at Midlands Care. As a Dementia Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to residents with dementia, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

You will work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with residents.
