About the Job

Housing and Support Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with learning disabilities, helping them maintain their health and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships, and be available to work a variety of shifts, including some sleep ins across the week and alternate weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing one-to-one support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and building positive relationships
  • Participating in communal events and activities
