Senior Mental Health Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Mental Health Advisor to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our 111 service, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and guidance to more junior colleagues, supporting the Team Lead as required.
About the RoleThis position requires a highly skilled and compassionate individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be an integral part of the 111 service, contributing to the delivery of high-quality care to those in need. With your expertise and passion for mental health, you will help shape the future of our services and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
You will be working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of service. Your ability to develop strong relationships with local organizations and community groups will be essential in enhancing our services and improving outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals in crisis, helping them navigate their mental health challenges.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local organizations and community groups, fostering partnerships that enhance our services and improve outcomes.
- A competitive salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- An annual leave entitlement of up to 25 days, increasing with length of service.
