The Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join its team in providing crisis response support. This role will involve working as part of a dedicated team to provide telephone-based support to individuals in crisis, offering expert advice and guidance on managing mental health.

About the Role

This position requires a highly motivated and empathetic individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and guidance to more junior colleagues, supporting the Team Lead as required.

You will be an integral part of the 111 service, contributing to the delivery of high-quality care to those in need. With your expertise and passion for mental health, you will help shape the future of our services and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide initial triage and assessment to callers in crisis, identifying their needs and developing personalized plans for support.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local organizations and community groups, fostering partnerships that enhance our services and improve outcomes.

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
