We are seeking a skilled School Counsellor - Mental Health Support to join our team at Etone College. As a qualified mental health practitioner, you will work closely with pupils, staff, and parents to provide high-quality support and guidance.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
About the Role:
- To provide high-quality mental health support to pupils, working closely with staff and parents
- To develop and implement effective strategies to promote pupil well-being
- To contribute to the development of our school's mental health policy and procedures
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in mental health practice
- Experience in working with children and young people
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: Estimated £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
