Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multidisciplinary Healthcare Support Specialist to join our Community Response Team at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to patients in their own homes, working collaboratively with our registered professionals to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and associated duties under the direction of registered staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To undertake high-quality, caring, and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction but not direct supervision of the registered staff.
  2. To assist in the supervision of other healthcare and support staff as directed.
  3. To report to the registered professional any patient who gives cause for concern or any observed changes in the client or patient's condition.

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering care in a healthcare or people-centred environment.
  • Experience working as part of a team.
  • GCSE level A - C English and Maths or equivalent.
  • NVQ/Diploma Level 2, willing to work to Level 3 or equivalent higher apprenticeship in healthcare.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
