We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Crisis Telephone Support Specialist to join our team at Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our 111 service, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and guidance to individuals in crisis, helping them navigate their mental health challenges.

As a Senior Mental Health Advisor within our 111 service, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise, working closely with a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for making a difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical risk and mental state triage and assessment to callers in crisis, identifying their needs and developing personalized plans for support.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of service.
  • Champion patients' rights, including dignity, equality, diversity, choice, and respect, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion throughout our services.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
