About the Role

We are currently seeking a qualified Healthcare Support Worker to join our Community Team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in their own homes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who share a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in delivering care in a healthcare or people-centred environment, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • GCSE level A-C in English and Maths or equivalent
  • NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Healthcare or equivalent
  • Experience working as part of a team
  • Evidence of competence in care skills
